At Home Basics, we’re always looking for ways to improve what we do and better support our local community.

For nearly 25 years, we’ve been helping people across the Scottish Borders access affordable furniture and household essentials, while promoting reuse and reducing waste. Now, we want to hear directly from you.

We’ve launched a short customer and community survey to gather feedback on your experience with Home Basics – from your interactions with our team to the quality and pricing of our items, and the services we offer.

Your feedback will help us:

• Improve our shops and services in Walkerburn and Hawick
• Shape future activities, such as community workshops and events
• Better support people during the cost of living crisis
• Continue building a reuse-focused, community-led approach
